Project Overview

We ran a full redesign of the Partner Dashboard to make partner performance and lead management clear, actionable, and motivating. The work focused on restructuring the dashboard, refining visual hierarchy, and creating modular components that scale across partner programs and the separate Refer & Earn experience.

Problem Context: Why Revamp?

The earlier Partner Dashboard had grown complex and functionally cluttered over time. While it provided access to performance and lead data, the experience lacked clarity, motivation, and intuitive flow.

Refer & Earn and Partner areas weren’t clearly differentiated

Low discoverability of offers and conversion CTAs

Data-heavy layout with poor visual hierarchy

Limited transparency in client onboarding and rejection insights

Focus Areas

Cohesive and Accessible Dashboard

The design aimed to bring consistency across screens, ensuring important actions, updates, and support options were always within reach.

Simplified Earning and Referral Flow

Referrals and earnings were repositioned as the core focus of the experience, making discovery, sharing, and tracking more intuitive.

Clear Structure and Visual Differentiation

 The overall hierarchy and visual language were refined to reduce clutter and establish a distinct identity between the Partner and Refer & Earn sections.
